Terms and Conditions for use of Junior ID

  • This card may be applied for by junior golfers under the age of 18.
  • A card holder entitles a junior to play at a KGU affiliated golf club at a reduced green fee during non-peak hours. Please check with the respective club in the event of a competition or course closure.
  • A card holder must produce this card and register with the relevant club authority before they can use the facility.
  • The card holder must at all times conduct themselves in a responsible manner and observe the dress code, golf rules and etiquette at the host club. Club rules must be observed and any violation will result in forfeiture of the JGF card and all privileges therein.
  • The JGF has created this facility to further the interest in golf that children may have without having to become a member at a club. However, once there is sufficient interest and a good standard of play is achieved, it is expected that the child seeks junior membership at a club and progress to achieve a golf handicap. The JGF reserves the right to withdraw this facility if it has reason to believe that there is little intention of progressing to achieve a golf handicap.
  • This identification card is only valid for juniors who are residents of Kenya.
  • On the18th birthday, this card expires and must be returned to JGF
  • This card remains the property of JGF and is not transferable.

Processing

Two passport size photos (4cm x 4cm), copy of birth certificate and/or passport must be submitted together with a fully completed form (an incomplete form will mean delay in processing of the I/D Card)

There will be a processing fee of Kshs. 500.00 payable to Junior Golf Foundation

In the event of loss of the I/D card a replacement fee of Ksh. 1,000 will be charged
